To help make the den meetings successful, and to keep within the
guidelines established for scouting, we will need at least 1 or 2
parents to assist with the meetings. We also need to have a parent at
the Pack meeting to help make sure that the meeting runs smoothly.
These are groups of young boys and they do tend to get rowdy. To make
the experience good for all the boys as well as the leaders, if a
boys behavior is interfereing with the meeting and we are unable to
get him to behave, we will call a parent to come and pick the boy up.
At the next meeting a parent will need to attend with the boy, and at
the end of the event we will discuss the difference in behavior and
decide if the parent will be required for the next meeting.
